4 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Small Vegetable Samosas

4 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Alu Chole

2 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Tamarind Chutney

32 oz plain low fat yogurt whisked

3 cups chopped red onions

2 cups chopped cilantro


  1. Fry Monsoon Kitchens Vegetable Samosas as per instructions.
  2. Heat Monsoon Kitchens Alu Chole as per instructions.
  3. Fill Monsoon Kitchens Tamarind Chutney in a squeeze bottle.
  4. Whisk yogurt to a pouring consistency; fill in a squeeze bottle.

Directions to construct samosa

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Press 3 fried Monsoon Kitchens Vegetable Samosas with fork to flatten.
  3. Spoon 2 to 2.5 ozs. Monsoon Kitchens Alu Choleon samosas
  4. Spoon on whisked yogurt.
  5. Drizzle 1 oz. of Monsoon Kitchens Tamarind Chutney on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped onions and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately.
