Pakora Caprese Salad




4 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Vegetable Pakoras

2 lbs mozzarella balls thinly sliced

1 bag arugula

2 cups cherry tomatoes thinly sliced


Cooking Method

  1. Thaw Monsoon Kitchens Vegetable Pakoras under refrigeration.
  2. Crisp in oven at 350° F for 5-6 minutes or deep fry at 350° F for 45 seconds.

Serving Directions

  1. Flatten pakoras with fork.
  2. Top with a rocket of arugula.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella on top of arugula.
  4. Top with a sliced cherry tomato .
