INGREDIENTS
4 lbs Monsoon Kitchens® (MK) Curry Sauce
10 lbs ground chicken or beef
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 cups chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Thaw Monsoon Kitchens® Curry Sauce in refrigerator or in a hot water bath.
- Heat oil in a skillet and sauté ground chicken or beef until browned.
- Add sauce to chicken/beef and simmer until temp reaches 165° F.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
- Serve with basmati rice or naan.
