Dum Aloo (Potato) Makhani




1/2 Bag Monsoon Kitchens® Tikka Masala

1 Quart Heavy Cream

4 oz. Sour Cream

4 oz. Unsalted Butter

1 TBS Whole Cumin Seeds

2 TBS Canola Oil

1 lbs. Cooked Diced Potato

1/2 oz. Salt

1/4 oz. Chopped Cilantro


  1. Heat oil, Toast the cumin seeds and diced potatoes, add salt and just enough water to lightly steam the potatoes.
  2. Add Monsoon Kitchens® Tikka Masala Sauce, Heavy Cream, Sour Cream, Butter to the potato mixture and simmer until the potatoes are fork tender.
  3. Hold hot for service and just before serving garnish with Chopped Cilantro
