INGREDIENTS
1/2 Bag Monsoon Kitchens® Tikka Masala
1 Quart Heavy Cream
4 oz. Sour Cream
4 oz. Unsalted Butter
1 TBS Whole Cumin Seeds
2 TBS Canola Oil
1 lbs. Cooked Diced Potato
1/2 oz. Salt
1/4 oz. Chopped Cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil, Toast the cumin seeds and diced potatoes, add salt and just enough water to lightly steam the potatoes.
- Add Monsoon Kitchens® Tikka Masala Sauce, Heavy Cream, Sour Cream, Butter to the potato mixture and simmer until the potatoes are fork tender.
- Hold hot for service and just before serving garnish with Chopped Cilantro
