Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the continental U.S. Orders are fulfilled on Mondays through Wednesdays. Orders placed before 8 AM PST on Wednesdays will normally be fulfilled and delivered within the same week but please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation we may not be able to fulfill all orders within normal processing time. 

When your order is processed, you will receive a shipment tracking number via email. Depending on the size of your order, there may be multiple shipments. If that is the case, you should receive tracking information for each shipment. Shipping time is generally 1-3 days, depending on the distance the shipment has to travel. Your order may also be delivered to your home on a Saturday. While we cannot guarantee the exact time frame or shipment delivery date by FedEx, we will try our very best to deliver your products in a timely manner. Frozen products are shipped separately from refrigerated products and all products are shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice and/or gel packs so that they stay sufficiently chilled.

Shipping Rates

Due to the nature of shipping refrigerated or frozen products, we currently only offer Standard Ground shipping to regions we are confident the product can arrive in 3 days or less. We are continually working to improve our shipping rates and we thank you for your understanding. 

Cancellation and Order Change Policy

We consider all sales as final after the order has been placed. 

Refund Policy

We will issue credit or a refund for products that are damaged during shipping. If your product arrived damaged, please email us at with the following information: order number, damaged product item description, condition of damaged product upon arrival and photo, date and time package was received. We are unable to accept returns for our food products or offer refunds based on personal taste.

Order Arrival

Our products are shipped frozen or refrigerated and should be stored accordingly upon delivery to ensure freshness.

Risk of Loss

Our goal is to make sure you receive our products safely and quickly so that you may enjoy them! Unfortunately, once a shipment has been confirmed delivered by FedEx, we no longer have control over what happens to that shipment. In areas where porch theft may be a possibility, we encourage you to use the tracking information which we will provide for each shipment to make sure your delivery is received safe and sound.
