INGREDIENTS
6 oz. Monsoon Kitchens® Curry Sauce- PMK3003
1 each Par-baked Flatbread and or 12” Par-baked Pizza Crust
2 oz. Diced Squash
2 oz. Cauliflower Florets
1 oz. Broccoli Florets
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz. Sliced Red Onion
1 oz. Sliced Jalapeno
1 Tbsp. Chopped Cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Mix 3 oz. Monsoon Kitchens Curry Sauce with diced squash, cauliflower, broccoli, and shredded mozzarella.
- Spread 3 oz. of Curry Sauce on top of the Flatbread and or Pizza Crust.
- Add the curried vegetable and cheese mix over the Curry Sauce.
- Top with sliced red onion and sliced jalapeno.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes at 400°F.
- Top with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
