Cucumber Raita

INGREDIENTS

32 ozs plain yogurt

2 cups cucumber – peeled and grated

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

1 tsp salt (more to taste)

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper/black pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel, wash and grate cucumber.
  2. Whisk yogurt.
  3. Add grated cucumbers, cilantro, salt, sugar and other spices.
  4. Mix well. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve cold.
