The samosa is India’s favorite snack. Our crisp, crunchy pastries are stuffed with a delicious mixture of chicken, onions, potatoes, peas and traditional Indian herbs and spices.

INGREDIENTS: PASTRY: Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Canola Oil, Chickpea Flour (Split Chana Dal Flour), Salt. FILLING: Dark Meat Chicken, Green Peas, Onions, Canola Oil, Potatoes, Tomato Paste (Tomato Paste, Citric Acid), Water, Spices, Ginger, Garlic, Jalapeño Peppers, Cilantro, Salt, Tamarind Concentrate, Lime Juice, Mint, Turmeric

Cooking Directions
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. For best results, always use clean oil. Ideal cooked product is golden-brown and crispy on the outside. Do not refrigerate or refreeze after cooking.
Frying (Recommended)
- Deep Fry Samosas at 350°F for 4-6 minutes until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F*.
- Serve with our chutneys for the perfect appetizer offerings.

- Program the unit and save settings: Stage 1 (microwave): 25 seconds Stage 2 (conventional): 30 seconds
- Cook until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F*.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place Samosas on a greased baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes (turning halfway through) until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F*.
