INGREDIENTS: PASTRY: Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Canola Oil, Chickpea Flour (Split Chana Dal Flour), Salt, Dextrose.
FILLING: Potatoes (Potatoes, Dextrose, Disodium Pyrophosphate [maintains color]), Green Peas, Canola Oil, Spices, Cilantro, Ginger, Jalapeño Peppers, Salt, Lime Juice, Mango Powder, Black Salt, Turmeric.
CHUTNEY: Sugar, Water, Tamarind Concentrate, Spices, Salt, Black Salt, Mango Powder.
CONTAINS: Wheat.
Cooking Directions
Do not thaw samosas.
Thaw chutney package at room temperature or in cold water. Do not heat chutney.
Frying (Recommended)
- Fill deep fryer 1/2 full with cooking oil and preheat to 350º F.
- Cover bottom of deep fryer basket with a layer of frozen samosas. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry 4-6 minutes, or until samosas are golden brown*.
- Drain and serve samosas with tamarind chutney.
Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer.
- Fill air fryer basket with a single layer of frozen samosas. Cook samosas at 350º F on FROZEN setting for 10 minutes. Pause and shake halfway through cooking time*.
- Serve samosas with tamarind chutney.
Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 400º F. Place frozen samosas on a baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 12-14 minutes until golden brown*, turning over halfway through.
- Serve samosas with tamarind chutney.
Use caution as filling may be hot. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
*Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165º F for food safety and quality.
