INGREDIENTS: Water, Basmati Rice, Chickpeas, Cauliflower, Plain Low-fat Yogurt (Cultured Low-fat Milk and Nonfat Milk Solids, Active Cultures), Onions, Canola Oil, Carrots, Green Peas, Dark Raisins, Red Peppers, Spices, Garlic, Baby Lima Beans, Jalapeño Peppers, Cream, Ghee (Clarified Butter), Sugar, Sea Salt, Ginger, Turmeric, Dried Fenugreek Leaves.
Do not thaw.
1) Remove bowl from carton and make two to three small slits in the film.
2) Place bowl in microwave and cook on high for 3-4 minutes.
3) Remove film and stir gently. Cook another 1-2 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
4) Let stand 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy
