INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA: Chicken, Water, Tomato Paste, Plain Low-fat Yogurt (Cultured Low-fat Milk and Nonfat Milk Solids, Active Cultures), Cream, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Spices, Potato Starch, Sea Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Paprika, Dried Fenugreek Leaves. CUMIN BASMATI RICE: Water, Basmati Rice, Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Spices.

Cooking Directions
Oven
1) Fully thaw product in refrigerator.
2) Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
3) Remove sleeve and plastic film and place meal tray on a baking sheet.
4) Cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked thoroughly*.

Microwave
1) Remove tray from sleeve and make 2-3 small slits on the entree side of the film.
2) Cook in microwave on high for 3-5 minutes from refrigerated/4-6 minutes from frozen until cooked thoroughly*. Heat an additional 1-2 minutes if needed.
3) Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully remove film and serve hot. Enjoy!
