INGREDIENTS: Cooked Basmati Rice (Water, Basmati Rice, Canola Oil, Spices), Black Eyed Peas, Water, Onions, Tomato Paste, Canola Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Spices, Sea Salt, Jalapeño Peppers, Turmeric, Black Salt, Dried Fenugreek Leaves.
Cooking Directions
Do not thaw.
Microwave
1) Remove bowl from carton and make two to three small slits in the film.
2) Place bowl in microwave and cook on high for 3-4 minutes.
3) Remove film and stir gently. Cook another 1-2 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
4) Let stand 2 minutes. Serve and enjoy
