A traditional korma is a mild, rich tasting creamy sauce made with yogurt, nuts and cream. We have created the same taste but without nuts. Our Korma Sauce is a lighter and nut free version but just as tasty with yogurt, cream and coconut milk. Cook chicken, lamb or vegetables with this sauce and serve with basmati rice or naan. All natural, no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Plain Low-Fat Yogurt (Cultured Low-Fat Milk and Nonfat Milk Solids, Active Cultures), Water, Onions, Coconut Cream (Coconut Cream, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan), Jalapeño Peppers, Garlic, Ginger, Canola Oil, Cream, Spices, Sugar, Tapioca Starch, Salt, Cilantro, Turmeric.
CONTAINS: Coconut, Milk.
- Thaw Monsoon Kitchens (MK) Korma Sauce in the refrigerator (do not thaw in hot water bath to prevent yogurt from separating).
- Use recipe on label to make various korma dishes, or empty product into container and heat to an internal temperature of 165° F.
- Refrigerate unused portion and use within 5 days. Do not refreeze.

Do not place bag in steamer. Failure to follow directions could result in injury and loss of product.
