Our Coconut Curry Sauce is an aromatic and creamy sauce with origin in Kerala – a southern state in India. Spices like mustard and fenugreek seeds mixed with tamarind and coconut milk create a bold flavor that enhances the flavor of any chicken or fish dish. Add vegetables to create tasty stews. All natural, no artificial ingredients or preservatives.
INGREDIENTS: Water, Tomato Paste, Onions, Garlic, Coconut Cream (Coconut Cream, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Carrageenan), Ginger, Canola Oil, Spices, Jalapeño Peppers, Tamarind Concentrate, Salt, Mango Powder, Tapioca Starch, Turmeric.
- Thaw Monsoon Kitchens (MK) Coconut Curry Sauce in the refrigerator (do not thaw in hot water bath to prevent coconut milk from breaking down).
- Use recipe on the label to make various kinds of coconut curries or empty product into container and heat to internal temperature of 165° F.
- Refrigerate unused portion and use within 5 days. Do not refreeze.
- Use MK Coconut Curry Sauce to make chicken, seafood, and vegetable curries.
Do not place bag in steamer. Failure to follow directions could result in injury and loss of product.
Use caution as product may be hot. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
