Another of India’s favorite snacks, our Chicken Samosa is stuffed with a fragrant mixture of chicken, onions, potatoes and peas laced with traditional Indian herbs and spices. Every bite is a delight. Serve samosas as an appetizer or a side dish with any Indian meal. All natural, no artificial ingredients or preservatives.

INGREDIENTS: PASTRY: Unbleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Canola Oil, Chick Pea Flour (Split Chana Dal Flour), Salt, Dextrose. FILLING: Chicken, (Chicken, Water, Rice Starch, Vinegar, Seasoning [Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Chicken Stock, Salt and Flavors]), Green Peas, Onions, Canola Oil, Potatoes (Potatoes, Dextrose, Disodium Pyrophosphate, [Maintains Color]) Canola Oil, Tomato Paste, Water, Spices, Ginger, Garlic, Cilantro, Jalapeño Peppers, Cilantro, Salt, Tamarind Concentrate, Lime Juice, Mint, Turmeric.

Cooking Directions
Do not thaw samosas.
Thaw chutney package at room temperature or in cold water. Do not heat chutney.
Frying (Recommended)
- Fill deep fryer 1/2 full with cooking oil and preheat to 350º F.
- Cover bottom of deep fryer basket with a layer of frozen samosas. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry 4-6 minutes, or until samosas are golden brown*.
- Serve samosas with tamarind chutney.
Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer.
- Fill air fryer basket with a single layer of frozen samosas. Cook samosas at 350º F on FROZEN setting for 10 minutes. Pause and shake halfway through cooking time*.
- Serve samosas with tamarind chutney.
Conventional Oven
- Preheat oven to 400º F. Place frozen samosas on a baking sheet.
- Bake in oven for 12-14 minutes until golden brown*, turning over halfway through.
- Serve samosas with tamarind chutney.
Use caution as filling may be hot. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
*Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165º F for food safety and quality.
