For religious and economic reasons, many Indians practice vegetarianism. One result of these time honored practices is a wealth of delicious, vegetable-based dishes and recipes. Monsoon has chosen from among the most popular such dishes to create six, tasty entrees that can be served on their own, or over rice and pasta. These products based on either cauliflower, eggplant, chick peas, lentils or spinach, can also be served as a side dish. Like all Monsoon Kitchens’ products, these dishes need only be heated and served. They’re an all natural way to satisfy specific dietary requirements. In fact, many of our products are suitable for a Vegan diet, and are noted with a (V) symbol below.
