Whether served as hors d'oeuvres or as side dishes Monsoon Kitchens' appetizers are a great way to enliven a meal. Our four appetizers include some of India's favorite snack foods. We prepare them in small batches to ensure their authentic character and distinctive flavors. We then partially fry and freeze them. One may bake or fry them quickly again to have a crowd pleasing alternative to French fries or chips.
